Lunalise (rhymes with please), has a very confusing background. It all started with my favorite color, green. That's why Lunalise was previously known as Midori, which means green in Japanese. My older sister Nitasya suggested that my new site name has 'lü' in it, which also means green, but in Chinese. That being cool, I tried ways to fuse my likings into the name.
I thought of my name, Narisya, and added 'na' after 'lü'. But that sounded weird. Then I remembered a friend, Imah (she's a nice webmistress, and a very good graphic designer) had previously suggested a domain name for me: Prismalise.Net (say Priss-mah-lease). So~ I came up with Lunalise. Luna, being my wonder with the night sky and the moon.
Lunalise is currently hosted under Atspace.Com. I do intend to get it onto a domain of my own soon though. ^^
